Class Descriptions
Full Body Strength
WHAT TO EXPECT: Our Full-Body Strength Reformer Class integrates Pilates, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises to deliver a comprehensive muscle-engaging experience for your entire body. Designed to enhance your overall body strength through evidence-based training principles, this class will challenge you with HEAVY springs, dumbbells, and equipment. Full Body Strength follows a structured 6-week progressive overload approach, allowing you to closely monitor and track your progress in the studio. Week 1 and Week 6 will be dedicated to testing your limits + witnessing the incredible results of your hard work. Watch out for AMRAPS, EMOMS, SUPERSETS, and more.
Upper Body Sculpt + Core
WHAT TO EXPECT: The Upper Body Sculpt + Core is programmed to incorporate both your build and burn components into the one session. Expect your progressive overload block along with circuits, amraps, supersets & more. Push & pull, heavy & light springs/ weights for maximum burn, & greater results. All whilst including a fiery core burn to top it all off!
Core +
WHAT TO EXPECT: A high intensity mat & reformer workout. Let's get the heart rate up and body moving! Core + features an exciting mix of timed intervals, circuits, supersets & more! Join us as we hop from the reformer to the mat!
Full Body Flow
WHAT TO EXPECT: Work a full body flow on the reformer. This class is designed to challenge you from head to toe. You can expect a pilates flow that test's your coordination, balance, strength, flexibility & more! For the days you need less impact but more burn. This class is suitable for all levels with the option to bring it up or down.
Lower Body Build + Burn
WHAT TO EXPECT: Lower Body Build & Burn is a specialised class, designed to target and sculpt your lower body. You can expect AMRAPS, EMOMS. SUPERSETS + more as we utilise the reformer, weights and equipment. This class is your ticket to developing leg strength, enhancing flexibility, boosting muscular endurance, and much more, all achieved through the effective use of both light and heavy springs. *Our crowd favourite*

Reformer +
WHAT TO EXPECT: Work a full body sweat on the reformer. This class is designed to challenge you from head to toe.
You can expect a pilates flow that test's your coordination, balance, strength, flexibility & more! Additionally, utilising weights, props and pilates equipment with a circuit or 2 thrown into the mix. This class is suitable for all levels with the option to
bring it up or down.
MORNING MOVES
WHAT TO EXPECT: Ease into your day with this gentle full-body reformer flow, designed to awaken your body and mind. Morning Moves focuses less on the burn and more on mobility, balance, and controlled movement -helping you open up through different planes of motion. Feel grounded, lengthened, and ready for the week ahead.
MOVING
WITH AGE
WHAT TO EXPECT: Moving with Age is a gentle reformer-based class designed to support strength, stability, and confidence in movement as we age. This session focuses on joint mobility, balance, posture, and control, helping you maintain independence and feel comfortable and capable in your body. Expect slower-paced sequences, clear guidance, and plenty of modifications to suit your needs. Perfect for those returning to exercise, managing stiffness, or simply wanting to move well and feel good.
